Shipping Methods

I primarily use USPS for shipping. If you prefer a different service, email me at sarahmholm@gmail.com before placing your order and I’ll hook you up.

If the actual shipping amount ends up being less than what your have paid for the type of shipping you chose, I’ll refund you the difference.

I can’t cover the expenses of packages stolen from your porch or lost in shipping. If you have these problems, please think about having the package sent to your work or purchasing additional insurance.

If you reside in or around Minneapolis, MN and would like to save on shipping, choose the “Local Pick-up” option. You can come pick it up at the Golden Pearl Vintage in NE Minneapolis.

If you are ordering something super lightweight, like a patch or print. I can throw it in an envelop and use regular stamps. Choose the “USPS First Class Envelop” option.

For international shipping, I suggest that you use at least priority shipping for the included insurance. If you’d like to purchase additional insurance, email me. Please keep in mind that there may be additional customs charges that you are responsible for. Check with your local laws.

1-3 Business Days - $8 flat rate + $2 per additional item

Overnight - $30 flat rate + $3 per additional item

USPS First Class International
Time varies by destination - $10-$45 based on weight

USPS Priority International 
6-10 Business Days - $50 flat rate + $5 per additional item

 USPS Priority Express International 
3-5 Business Days - $70 flat rate + $10 per additional item

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your purchase. If for some reason you don’t, let’s talk about it… email me at sarahmholm@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase to initiate a return or exchange. If you don’t contact me within 7 days, that’s just too bad. It’s yours.

All returns/exchanges must be received in the same condition as I sent it out in, unworn, unused, with the original tags (if applicable). I must receive it within 30 days from when I sent it and you are responsible for return shipping.

Any Items that are READY MADE (see Terms & Conditions for more info and definitions) can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping.

Any MADE TO ORDER items can be returned or exchanged according to the conditions laid out in Terms & Conditions.

CUSTOM WORK cannot be returned or exchanged. If a project needs to be cancelled, see the Cancellation Policy in the Terms & Conditions.
